NIT: Nature Inspired Technologies 
Our aim is to create smart man-machine systems, which can adapt to the needs of its users.
- On the SW side, we study natural processes such as learning, evolution
or self-organization - the achieved results are applied in design and
development of advanced intelligent methods for processing and evaluation
of complex data and signals, knowledge acquisition and knowledge
representation. Special attention has been paid to relational data mining,
genetic programming or data pre-processing (relational, sequential and
temporal data). The target domain is most often medicine including genomics.
- Moreover, we are active in design of original HW solutions supporting
medical applications or man-machine interaction, e.g. the I4Control device.
